Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>These data represent the areas that fall within 10 minutes of a park, open space or trail, by either driving or walking. This is the result of an analysis by Jefferson County Open Space (JCOS) to determine the number of residences that are within a 10 minutes.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>A walkshed was created for the areas of Jefferson County east of the Hogback (CO HWY 93, CO HWY C470) and a driveshed west of the Hogback due to the innate lack of walking infrastructure in the latter.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>This is an amalgamation of service area polygons created using the Service Area Network Analyst tool in ArcGIS Pro.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The analysis was created using several sets of data in 2019. These data are Low Volume Streets and Address data maintained by Jeffco BIT GIS, planimetric sidewalk data from DRCOG, trail data from COTREX and Access Point and trail data created by JCOS.
