Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Description: </SPAN><SPAN>This is a stand alone table used to join and relate to the Land Boundary Detailed and Land Boundaries Data Flow Process Deliverables. The purpose of this table is to reduce redundency of data within the Land Boundaries feature classes (both detailed and data deliverables). This table is used to generate the Property_Association Domain with the Jeffco Open Space Production SDE. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Data Type: </SPAN><SPAN>Table</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Sensitive: </SPAN><SPAN>No</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Update Frequency: </SPAN><SPAN>As needed basis. This is based on updates to the Land Boundary data, the Land Use Classification data, and asset data.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Source of Origination: </SPAN><SPAN>Jefferson County Open Space</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Creation Process: </SPAN><SPAN>This table was generated by the Jeffco Open Space GIS team by evaluating the link between Land Boundary Parcels and larger Jeffco Open Space parks and properties</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Original Projection: </SPAN><SPAN>n/a</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Update Frequency: </SPAN><SPAN>This data is sync with the AGOL data. When edits are to this the data in this location, an update occurs the following night to the AGOL data.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Root Data: </SPAN><SPAN>No</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Additional Notes: </SPAN><SPAN>This domain update/overwrite process is handled by the Python Script, "PropertyAssociationDomainUpdate.py", which is run by the scripting machine through the task scheduler. In order to run this Python Script an exclusive lock on the SDE is needed.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Business Rules:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>1) 3 letter codes of parks are added as records to this table. If a new park is added to the system, this table is where the Property Association Code/Description is added.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>2) Property Codes are added to maintain unique names of the land boundaries outside of the Jeffco Open Space parks.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>3)Records are added to this table on an as needed basis based on the connection between Land Boundaries data and Land Use Classification data.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>4)Records are added to this table on an as needed basis based on the connection between Land Boundaries data and Asset data.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
