Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Relative risk to highly valued resources and assets in each Regional Action Area is the average of expected net value change from analyses by the U.S. Forest Service, CO State Forest Service, and CO Forest Restoration Institute, and an exposure analysis by The Ember Alliance.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Areas were based on the aggregated Forest-level Potential Operational Delineations developed at Forest-level in cooperation with key fire and fuels management interagency cooperators to consider opportunities to manage fire and fuels with consideration of key topographic and engineered features that help to anchor and bolster management on the ground.
