 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This feature layer is comprised of data from Jefferson County Public Health's (JCPH) Data Science and Epidemiology Socioeconomic Status Index (SES Index) and American Community Survey (ACS) tables B19001 (household income) and  B03002 (ethnicity).<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>All ACS data comes from 2021-2017 5 year estimate tables. This also includes all demographic data used in the creation of the SES Index, which was created by the JCPH Data Science and Epidemiology team. The SES Index and ACS data were joined using GeoID number.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN>Several fields were added based on the ACS data tables and SES Index:<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>1. Fields ending with \"_p\" are the rate of the corresponding field.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>2. POCNonwhiteORHorL: Person of color. Found by subtracting Non-Hispanic White Alone from the total population.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>3. SESRANKNUM: A numeric value for the SES Index rank. Calculated by assigning a value of 1 (Very Low) through 5 (Very High).<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN>Denver and Jefferson County census blocks can be identified by filtering by their respective COUNTYFP numbers (059 and 031).<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN>Static data, updated July 2024.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Projected to: State Plane Grid Coordinates, Colorado Central Zone (FIPS 0502), NAD83<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
